I really wanted to like this, but it just wasn’t a good fit for me. I’m a side sleeper, and my neck felt like it was bent at a weird angle all night. I kept waking up with shoulder pain, even after trying to adjust it a few different ways. For the price, I expected a lot better. I also reached out to support and felt like they were putting it on me, like I was using it wrong instead of the product just not working for my sleep style. Disappointing overall.

It washed fine overall, but drying was a whole different story. I felt like I was babysitting the dryer forever, and I blame the cover a bit because it came out looking kind of wrinkly after all that time...

I was expecting this to be way more comfortable based on how it was described, but it felt like a bit of a bait and switch. Some spots were weirdly lumpy, while other areas felt totally flat, so I could never really get settled. I kept shifting around trying to get comfortable, but it just didn’t happen.

I reached out for help with the warranty, but it didn’t help at all. i felt like I was just getting passed around without any real solution.

I bought this because I was really hoping it would make a noticeable difference with my allergies, especially at night, since mornings are usually when I feel the worst. Unfortunately, after using it for a bit, I still kept waking up stuffy, congested, and sneezing almost every morning, which was frustrating. I even washed the cover to see if maybe that would help or if it just needed a little time to settle in, and I gave it about a week before deciding how I felt about it. But nothing really changed for me. Maybe it works great for other people or depends on what kind of allergies you have, but in my case it didn’t do much at all. For the price, I was expecting better results, so I’m disappointed

It’s not even about that part being annoying, I would’ve dealt with it if it actually helped. But I still woke up stiff, and my lower back felt tighter in the morning than usual. I bought this because I tend to sleep hot and the whole cooling feature sounded really promising. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. It felt okay at first, but after about 20 minutes it warmed up and I was back to flipping the pillow all night. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just felt like a regular pillow with a higher price tag. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s been frustrating. I expected it to be handled by now, but I haven’t seen anything come through yet

I really thought this was going to be simple to tweak, but it started getting frustrating pretty much right away. Pulling the fill out, putting it back in, trying not to make a mess... it was just a lot.

I'm sure some people have the patience for this kind of thing, and maybe it works great for them. For me, though, the whole adjustment process just wasn't worth it.

In the end, the pillow seems okay so far, but getting it set up was way messier than I expected. The fill got everywhere, and the instructions weren’t all that clear, so it took me longer than I thought it would. It kind of ruined the first impression, even though the pillow itself seems fine now.

I’m particular about fabric quality, and this just didn’t really meet my personal standard. It felt kind of cheap from the start, and the material went flat way faster than I expected

I really wanted to like this, but yeah, the cover just doesn’t feel that great to me. It’s kind of scratchy, or at least a little rougher than I expected, and I was hoping it would be softer. Maybe it’s totally fine if you put a pillowcase over it, but on its own, it just feels a bit cheap to me...

I’ll be fair, it seems okay otherwise, but the squeaking is really noticeable whenever I move during the night. If you’re a heavy sleeper it might not bother you much, but for me it’s been distracting.

It showed up about later than I expected, so that was a little frustrating...
